1) Call to Order and Quorum

Meeting was called to order at 6:58 pm.
In Attendance: Sachin, Dominique, Cesar, Yasmine

2) Elections

It was noted that Sachin, Dominique, Cesar, Yasmine, and Patrick will continue to serve on the Board for a 1 year term as no other submissions were made to run for the Islander Board.

3) Offices

The Board voted in favor of the following officer positions:
President -- Yasmine Kotb
Vice President -- Patrick Gevas
Treasurer -- Dominique Shaftal
Secretary -- Sachin Bhandari
Director -- Cesar Reis

4) Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 7:03 pm.
