Budget Meeting

Call to order at 7:06 p.m.

Board members in attendance: Cesar, Yasmine, Dominique, Patrick, Myriam

Maintenance: The maintenance fees will stay the same based on the operating budget.

The board decided to keep 5% in the reserves based on previous counsel from the attorney following a detailed examination of the actual expenditures from 2019.

Laundry: Moving forward with a proposed change to have two washer and dryers on each floor, as well as both top and front loading machines.

Board voted to pass the agenda for 2020.

Gym: Discussed the machines/equipment as the renovations wrap up. Yasmine working with a consultant on possibilities. Islander wouldn't pay her until implementation if the board decided to use her. Current possibilities, treadmill, Pelotons, TRX and free weights.
