Minutes

1) Call to Order and Quorum

Meeting was called to order at 5:41 pm.
In Attendance: Yasmine, Sachin, Dominique, Cesar, Patrick

2) Consideration of New Management

The Board briefly discussed the Associa reply to the letter sent out by the Islander Club listing deficiencies in management. There was unanimous agreement that there were numerous factual errors in the statements made by Marc Rodriguez regarding Associa's performance.

The Board voted unanimously to send a letter notifying Associa of Termination, and voted in favor of initiating new management under JLA Property Management, pending legal review of the contract.

It was noted that Cheri Richman has acquired her CAM license and will be available 3 days / wk according to the new contract. Office hours to be discussed with JLA management. Expected start date is Monday, March 5th.

The Board voted to appoint Sachin Bhandari and Yasmine Kotb to manage any subsequent negotiations regarding separation with Associa.
